  • 1 small apple
  • 30 g cream cheese, e.g. Gervais
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • 10 g chopped walnuts
  • Lemon juice
  • Horseradish
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Wash the apple and cut into 4 slices; drizzle with a dash of lemon juice.
  2. Season the cream cheese with horseradish, salt, and pepper to taste and use to dress the apple slices.
  3. Arrange these on the washed lettuce leaves and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
