- ½ lemon
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Season the chicken with salt and slice the lemon.
- Chop the parsley.
- Cut a pocket in the chicken breast, fill it with the sliced lemon, the herbs, and the garlic, and brush with olive oil.
