Noodle salad with bean sprouts

  • 50 g cooked whole wheat noodles
  • 50 g cooked green peas
  • 50 g lean ham
  • ½ shallot
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • ½ cooking apple
  • 25 g bean sprouts
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon safflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Peel and dice the apple.
  • Slice the mushrooms, dice the ham, and chop the shallots.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic
  • Make a dressing using the oil, vinegar, and garlic. Add salt and pepper.
  • Place the noodles and all the vegetables except the bean sprouts in a bowl and marinate in the dressing.
  • Add the bean sprouts.
