Ingredients

  • 500 g carrots
  • 1.5 l water
  • Salt

Method

  1. Wash the carrots, chop into small pieces, boil in 500 ml water until soft, and continue to simmer for 2 hours.
  2. Pass through a sieve and increase the quantity to 1 l with boiled water.
  3. Season with salt.
