- 50 g cooked ham
- ½ small apple
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
- Peel and cut the salsify into 2 cm pieces.
- Cut the ham and apple into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Whisk the mayonnaise with the yogurt, dill, salt and pepper until smooth and combine with the other ingredients.
